3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide to us
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials we provide

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: Service fees are outlined in individual proposals or service agreements. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment terms vary by project and are specified in the agreement. Typical terms include:

• 50% upfront deposit for project-based work
• Monthly billing for retainer services
• Full payment due within 15 days of invoice date

4.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Services may be suspended for accounts 30+ days overdue.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Work completed is non-refundable.

5. Service Delivery and Timelines

We aim to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by:

• Client delays in providing feedback or materials
• Changes in project scope
• Third-party service disruptions (e.g., hosting, advertising platforms)
• Force majeure events

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Content: You retain ownership of all content, materials, and information you provide to us.

6.2 Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverables (websites, designs, content) created specifically for you.

6.3 Tools and Processes: Delltona retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and general processes used to deliver services.

6.4 Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues for 2 years after the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Delltona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (Google, Facebook, etc.) that affect results
• Results from SEO, advertising, and marketing services are not guaranteed

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results
• Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control
• All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

10. Termination

10.1 By Client: You may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date.

10.2 By Delltona: We may terminate services immediately if you:

• Fail to make timely payments
• Breach these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or unreasonable behavior toward our team

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Delltona harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Content you provide that infringes on third-party rights
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your use of our deliverables in a manner not authorized

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta, hosting providers, etc.). You are responsible for complying with their terms of service. We are not liable for changes, disruptions, or terminations by third-party services.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any signed service agreements or proposals, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delltona regarding the use of our services.
